Marine condition / valuation report

Valuations are made on the understanding that the vessel structure is reasonably sound and the engineering is in workable condition. On an As-Seen / Walk Through basis / Web-based valuation, the vessel can be afloat or ashore.

A condition / valuation survey is the most comprehensive survey we offer and is recommended to protect your investment when purchasing any Narrow Boat, Barge or House Boat. A Pre Purchase Survey will almost certainly be required by your Insurance Company. It often follows that an Insurance Company may require a Insurance Valuation report, which can be carried out at the same time.
